My dish

When there is no paper to draw on, I use any surface I can find for my art work.

Christmas Gift

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone!

It’s been a long time since I wrote my last post. I was working on a project: making a gift for my boyfriend’s mom. I decided to make a Christmas embroidery for her. I was looking for the best scheme for several weeks before I found a beautiful picture of 3 angels musicians.

It took me a while to finish but the result was spectacular, she really liked it! Hope you like it too 🙂PL9diW0m4eg

When I learned English, I was practicing listening skills by watching shows and movies in English. One day I found an old Canadian show Kids In The Hall (KITH) that was aired in 1988-1995. I fell in love with those 5 funny cute guys: Bruce McCulloch, David Foley, Kevin McDonald, Mark McKinney, and Scott Thompson.

After I was done watching KITH, I found another show called The Whitest Kids U Know (WKUK). WKUK is an American sketch comedy group that was aired in 2007-2011. The troupe consists of 5 comedians: Trevor Moore, Sam Brown, Zach Cregger, Timmy Williams, and Darren Trumeter.

I noticed that both of these troupes have something in common: there are 5 guys in each one, they are funny, both shows were made when the guys were young, and both shows lasted 5 episodes. I decided to imagine a meeting between two troupes and what would they do. Hope, there are some fans of KITH or WKUK here. Please, enjoy!

P.S. I like KITH more. What about you?
